Parker’s Kitchen in Pooler, GA is seeking a Store Leader in Training to develop leadership skills while assisting the Store Leader in daily operations across gasoline, retail, and food service. You will cover for the Store Leader within the district, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for promotion to Store Leader through hands-on coaching, customer service excellence, and strong teamwork.

The role requires reliability, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

Previous management experience in a retail operation or relevant experience with Parker’s or the equivalent.
Must have reliable transportation.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to work in store operations.
Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is required.
Completion of a skills-based certification within the first120 days of employment is mandatory.
Store Leadersin Training must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer due to business circumstances.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in training and coaching team members to maintain high service standards.
Lead store operations including gasoline, retail, and food service.
Support scheduling, budgeting, and staff motivation.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and productivity goals.
