Job summary

TitleMax in Georgia seeks an Assistant Store Manager to guide daily store operations, deliver a white-glove customer experience, and support store leaders with recovery, outreach, and risk mitigation.

You will train and coach Customer Service Representatives, ensure compliance with Company policies and laws, manage cash controls, and maintain a strong, welcoming store appearance. This is a full-time role with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months supervisory or key-holder leadership experience.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use POS, Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks required per law.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience throughout loan or pawn process.
• Assist with collections calls and recovery processes while maintaining service quality.
• Support store leaders by driving referrals and in-store/community events.
• Develop customer relationships to build business and maintain store profitability.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system and security procedures.
