TitleMax Canton, GA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and support customers with their financial needs. You will drive account management, risk controls, and customer outreach while modeling excellent service and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, phones, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18+ years old (19 in Alabama) and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes to minimize losses.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Support store operations including opening/closing procedures and vault management.
• Meet company performance standards through partnerships and in-store events.
