Job summary

Belle Tire’s Manager in Training (MIT) program prepares tomorrow’s store leaders through hands-on experience across retail operations, with mentorship from a Store Manager. You will learn to lead teams, drive sales, manage operations, and deliver premium customer service.

The MIT role combines training, observation, and direct leadership responsibilities to develop skills for future store management, with travel or relocation for the full training experience as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to meet goals.
• Develop leadership and communication skills.
• Observe and assist in training sessions and team huddles.
• Apply strategic thinking to link daily tasks to store goals.
• Learn the Belle Tire 6-Step Sales Process and apply it.
