You will work with a Store Manager mentor to learn leadership, sales, and customer service in a fast-paced tire and auto service environment. The role emphasizes training across all functions, with opportunities to travel to other stores and training centers to complete the full program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Desire to advance into Store Manager role within 6–12 months.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
