Job summary

Certified Oil is seeking a Managers In Training to learn how to manage day-to-day operations of a Certified Oil convenience store location. You will work with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, rotating shifts to learn about the company, retail team, vendors, and guests.

During training, you will be exposed to best practices for running a store and eventually join the bench leadership team to fill in during absences and move toward your own store.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year retail or food experience preferred.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotating stock and keeping product levels full.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, & food safety programs in locations with hot food.
• Keep store appearance clean inside and outside; ensure coffee and food service areas are spotless.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
