Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into key leadership roles within our fast-paced automotive service stores. The program combines hands-on customer service experience with broad operational exposure across the store and company.

You will learn all aspects of the store, schedule service, consult customers on service needs, and help ensure an outstanding customer experience while meeting our high standards and goals.

Qualifications

• High level of motivation with hands‑on management skills.
• Top‑notch customer service skills with a desire to build long‑term trust and relationships with our customers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently creating results for customers, teammates and the company
• Greet customers courteously and deliver high level of service
• Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person and on the telephone
• Consult customers on their service needs and keep updated on progress
• Provide the customer with a positive experience
• Ensure our company’s high level of expectations are met, maintained, and exceeded
• Involvement in every aspect of the store operation
• Communicate accurately to teammates and technicians to establish time commitments
• Step in when necessary to take on additional duties
