Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions for team members
• Ensures store & pharmacy operations compliance with policies and procedures
• Analyzes store performance data and drives improvement initiatives
• Coordinates with Store Manager and District Manager on schedules, cash handling, and asset protection
