Job summary

You will oversee store operations, merchandising, cash handling, inventory, and safety programs while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; strong communication skills.
• Experience in supervisory roles with leadership abilities and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team; manage recruitment, performance, and discipline.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations; ensure accuracy in cash handling and inventory.
• Plan and delegate daily activities; manage schedules and store coverage.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to drive store performance.
• Monitor customer service metrics; coach for improved customer experiences.
