Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager-in-Training to supervise customer service associates, front-end and pharmacy operations, and overall store performance. You will support the Store Manager in driving profitability and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This role leads recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling while coordinating with Pharmacy Operations and external partners to deliver strong results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years supervisory experience, or Walgreens internship.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations.
• Assist Store Manager with overall store operations and store performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage team performance and discipline.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and store safety/compliance.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations and external partners as needed.
