• Willingness to relocate for promotion if offered.
• Ability to transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations; manages store activities.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation to meet company deliverables.
• Leads and manages store team, including recruitment, performance management, and discipline.
• Oversees store cash handling, inventory, pricing changes, and audits.
• Collaborates with external partners to drive store performance and community outreach.
• Uses data and feedback to drive improvements and ensure compliance with policies.
