Job summary

You will drive customer experience, coach teams, manage performance, and implement improvements to meet evolving standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record OR completed Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including ethics, motivation and communication.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks if placed in ESM role.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
