Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and makes recommendations for Pharmacy and Retail Store operations.
• Supports Store Manager with overall store operation and alternate scheduling; assumes duties in absence of Store Manager.
• Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves complaints, and models customer service best practices.
• Monitors customer service and coaches team members to improve front-end and pharmacy performance.
• Analyzes store operations data and implements action plans to improve profitability and efficiency.
