7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our store leadership team in Hewitt, TX / Waco, TX. As part of the store's leadership, you will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and drive merchandising and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience, learn to manage cash handling, and use store reports to optimize performance while supporting the store's profitability and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and coaching staff.
• Ability to manage store operations and customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
