7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Mission, TX to join our store leadership team. You will work with managers to deliver outstanding customer service, supervise staff, and execute merchandising and promotional programs.

Training focuses on leadership, operations, and loss prevention while you prepare for future store management responsibilities. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, cash handling, and careful adherence to health and safety standards in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with retail management experience.
• Experience supervising store staff and fostering customer service.
• Ability to analyze store reports and drive sales and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for staff.
• Manage merchandising and marketing programs and store presentation.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and profitability.
