The role emphasizes developing team skills, managing store processes, and promoting our loyalty program. Candidates should have high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with strong communication and coaching abilities vital for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
• Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsabilités

• Oversee store operations and deliver strong customer service leadership.
• Train and coach staff to improve performance and retention.
• Utilize store reports and P&L data to drive profitability and implement changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of loyalty programs.
