7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Conroe, TX to join our store leadership team. The role emphasizes customer service leadership, coaching, and developing a high-performing staff while driving merchandising efforts and profitability.

You will work with a team to oversee daily operations, manage cash handling, and promote our rewards program. A strong focus on training, retention, and elevating service quality is essential for success in this trainee program.

Formación

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards program.
