Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Store Leader Trainee in the Dallas area to build a high-performing store leadership team. You will lead customer service, coaching, and merchandising while developing skills through our training programs and internal advancement opportunities.

Join us to drive loyalty, manage store operations, and deliver great guest experiences. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change and drive profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Lead a store-team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
