Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff scheduling with Store Manager.
• Coach and develop Teammates to achieve sales goals.
• Provide legendary guest service and merchandise knowledge.
• Recruit and train new Teammates and manage onboarding.
• Maintain store standards and compliance with policy and loss prevention.
