Job summary

Check Into Cash in Paris, TN is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with financial services and run daily store operations. You will drive account management, customer outreach, and risk management while developing leadership capabilities through a structured training and promotion pathway.

The role offers a base hourly wage of $16.00, with a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing training, and cross-brand mobility within the company’s eleven brands across the country.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer service by promoting financial services that fit customer needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and cash transactions.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and build customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on reducing losses.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform on-site tasks such as store visits and external marketing.
