Check Into Cash in Tullahoma, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers and lead store operations. You will drive account management, outreach, and risk management while developing leadership skills and advancing within the company.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing 90% of the time and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Maintain store appearance and support safety procedures.
• Work to meet company performance standards and participate in in-store events.
