Check Into Cash in Tullahoma, TN is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead customer service, drive store operations, and support our financial services. You’ll grow leadership skills through hands-on management and targeted coaching, with a clear path to advancement.

The role offers $16.00 per hour, on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits program across our brand family, including health, retirement, and discounts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Perform daily outreach campaigns to market services and foster customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as applicable.
• Attend to on-site store tasks, including outside marketing and errands.
• Support leadership in achieving performance standards and compliance.
