7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Darien, Illinois, to join a dynamic store leadership team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching staff, and driving merchandising and promotional initiatives across the store.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED (preferred), and a willingness to promote from within. Competitive pay and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader involvement.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, and empower staff.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
