7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in Bolingbrook, IL. This role supports the Store Leader with daily store operations, training, coaching, and customer service excellence. You will drive merchandising programs, manage cash and fuel transactions, and promote our loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
• Experience leading a team and driving customer service excellence.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering staff.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions while promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment with proper health and sanitation practices.
• Communicate effectively and use basic computer tools (Word/Excel).
• Multi-task and stand for extended periods, with lifting up to 50 pounds.
