7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Needham, MA. You will join a fast-paced store leadership team, focusing on customer service excellence, staff development, and operational execution.

You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, financial reporting, and cash handling while working within a supportive, promotion-from-within culture. This role is full-time and on-site, with opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train a team; strong customer service orientation.
• Experience with merchandising, store operations, and basic financials.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and profitability.
• Use P&L and store reports to identify improvements and opportunities for optimization.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
