7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee for Store 44203 in Somerset, MA. This full-time role marks the start of your leadership journey in store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will learn to oversee daily merchandising, marketing campaigns, cash handling, and loyalty promotions while using store reports to drive improvements and ensure a safe, well-stocked environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools; ability to review store reports and financials.

Responsabilités
