7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Leader Trainee for the Whitinsville, MA area. This full-time role provides hands-on leadership training, developing skills in customer service, merchandising, staff coaching, and daily operations management.

You will work with a store leadership team to drive profitability, ensure excellent service, and implement company policies. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Experience in store leadership and customer service roles.
• Ability to oversee and coach store employees, manage merchandising, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for store staff.
• Manage merchandising and marketing programs and drive profitability.
• Use store reports and P&L to implement changes and improve performance.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and comply with health procedures.
