Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Store Leader Trainee in Brockton, MA. You will join a store leadership team, overseeing customer service, merchandising, and daily operations while developing skills through our training programs.

The role focuses on supervising staff, driving profitability, managing cash and promotions, and delivering a great shopping experience. Prior supervisory experience and a high school diploma are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with P&L and store reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Execute merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure health/sanitation procedures.
