Buckle in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to join our team. The role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, train Teammates, recruit new staff, and maintain outstanding guest service.

The position progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher responsibilities, including leadership, merchandising, and operations. You will manage in the Store Manager's absence and help deliver the Buckle experience that guests expect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent retail training.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience recommended.
• Willingness to lead, coach and train Teammates.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead, train and motivate Teammates; assist in recruiting and developing new staff.
• Oversee daily operations, merchandising, and guest service in absence of Store Manager.
• Coach Teammates on sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve goals.
• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support leadership with performance tracking and zone ownership.
