Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain qualified staff per laws and policies.
• Train employees; conduct performance evaluations.
• Recommend pay and advancement decisions.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations.
• Open and close the store reliably.
• Evaluate operating statements for trends and costs.
• Manage ordering to meet in-stock targets.

• Ensure attractive product presentation and pricing.
• Maintain accurate inventory and security controls.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash control.
• Provide customer service leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe, and secure store.
• Ensure store has required tools.
