Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations; address gaps and counseling as needed.
• Recommend pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
• Open/close the store each day and maintain security and accuracy of cash handling.
