Job summary

Dairy Queen Edwardsville is seeking an experienced shift leader to run a high-volume store with attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset. You will support the General Manager in operations, training, inventory, and customer service to create positive memories for every Fan.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership in quick service, a HS diploma, ServSafe certification, and strong skills in COGS, labor, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience; quick service preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to manage COGS and labor effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices; ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service, and atmosphere.
• Train and coach shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, safety practices, and routines.
• Assist GM in executing the restaurant’s business plan, optimizing P&L, inventory, and labor.
• Ensure Fan service meets company standards and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of staff; schedule coverage.
