Job summary

Dairy Queen in Edwardsville, IL seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to run store operations with attention to detail, supporting the General Manager in financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing.

You will set high standards, create a great team environment, coach shift leads and crew, manage scheduling, training on PRIDE systems, food safety, and customer service to deliver the best Fan experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant leadership.
• Strong customer service and hospitality orientation.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to coach and develop shift leads and crew.
• Experience managing inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant operations during scheduled shifts to meet quality, service and atmosphere goals.
• Train and develop shift leads and crew on procedures and systems.
• Assist in managing inventory, cash controls and labor costs.
• Support GM with marketing and local store initiatives.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
