Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced shift leader to run a Dairy Queen store in Daleville, VA, working under the General Manager to execute restaurant operations with attention to detail and a focus on delivering positive guest memories. The role involves overseeing inventory, scheduling, training, and ensuring food safety while maintaining high standards of service, teamwork and store safety.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of leadership in a high-volume restaurant, a HS diploma, ServSafe

Competenze

• 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
• Must be ServSafe certifiable

Mansioni

• Operate store during scheduled shifts to meet quality, service and atmosphere goals and complete inventory, ordering and cash control tasks
• Train and coach shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, safety practices and daily operations
• Assist GM with business planning, labor and inventory management and P&L awareness
• Ensure Fan service standards and resolve customer concerns to secure repeat visits
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling and performance feedback for team members
• Maintain health and safety standards, sanitation and emergency readiness
• Support store marketing efforts and neighborhood engagement
• Perform other duties as requested by GM
