GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead a customer-focused team. You will support the Store Manager, handle cash and deposits, coach staff, and ensure excellent service during shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The role offers weekly pay, a potential monthly bonus, 401(k), PTO, and growth into store management. A $1000 sign-on bonus is paid after 6 months in position.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to learn Topshelf Manager Training in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
