Qualifications

• Open Availability on weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation: valid driver's license, personal vehicle, proof of insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning/restrooms, trash, exterior areas.
• Minimum age 18+ years.
• Proficient in English with basic math.
• Willing to learn new tasks.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team for upselling.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
