Responsibilities

• Drive a service culture and omni-channel experiences.
• Lead onboarding and develop direct reports to foster growth and accountability.

• Collaborate on daily opening/closing procedures and store operations.
• Ensure visual standards, inventory accuracy, and policy adherence to protect profitability.
