Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through engaging, efficient and personalized experiences; interprets Voice of customer feedback to improve interactions.
• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values; partners with Visual Merchandising Manager on engaging visuals.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Leads floor service as a service leader; drives engagement in each zone and prioritizes customer experience.
• Onboards new hires and provides timely, specific feedback to foster growth and accountability.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting and retaining a diverse and engaged team.
