Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through engaging, efficient and personalized experiences; uses feedback to improve interactions
• Represents the brand and partners with Visual Merchandising on creating engaging visuals
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel experience using MPOS, POS, and in-store & curbside pickup
• Leads floor service with strong communication to prioritize customer experience and store objectives
• Supports onboarding and development of employees; assists in recruiting and retention
• Manages daily opening/closing tasks and collaborates to execute shipments, restocking and product placement
