Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through engaging, efficient and personalized experiences.
• Partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create an engaging visual experience for URBN customers.
• Delivers an omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team, while developing staff.
• Upholds safety, inventory accuracy, and store profitability.
