Swig is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a high-energy team. You’ll train staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and help drive sales while controlling labor costs. The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support to-go and delivery orders, and uphold Swig's values and policies. Prior restaurant experience is a plus and 16+ years old are welcome.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a food handler's permit and reliable transportation.
• A collaborative, growth-focused attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations (FOH and BOH).
• Train, mentor, and communicate with staff to foster a positive environment.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service and manage online reviews.
• Drive sales growth and manage labor costs to improve profitability.
• Monitor prep, stocking, and staging to optimize efficiency.
• Adjust staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist with reports, inventory, and documentation.
• Uphold policies and maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and speed.
