Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in FOH and BOH.

• Drive sales growth and manage labor costs.
• Assist with weekly reports, inventory, and operational documentation.
• Uphold company policies and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders; ensure accurate, timely service.
