Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic El Paso store, driving guest experience, people development, and store operations. You will hire, coach, and inspire a diverse team, while delivering on sales targets and community programs.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to an inclusive, high-energy in-store culture. You will manage merchandising, inventory, and local partnerships, plan quarterly budgets, and uphold store safety and policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations and labor planning.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to travel to assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and foster an inclusive, productive culture.
• Drive guest experience and community engagement on the floor.
• Oversee product strategy, merchandising, and inventory counts.
• Plan quarterly/seasonal store strategy, budget, and staffing.
• Manage store P&L and ensure sales targets are met.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance are followed.
