lululemon is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a bustling retail environment in Palm Desert, CA. You will hire, coach, and develop staff while delivering a world‑class guest experience aligned with our brand values.

You will drive merchandising, inventory accuracy, and quarterly planning, balancing sales targets with store operations, budget, and labor. This role requires strong leadership, inclusivity, and strategic thinking to grow our team and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including retail scheduling and labor management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an inclusive team environment and culture.
• Set a vision for the store and cascade it to all team members.
• Lead store hiring strategy to build a diverse team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development for all team members.
• Manage guest experience and address escalations and issues.
• Drive store merchandising, product strategy, and visual presentation.
• Oversee store P&L and annual sales plan.
