Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the retail store, drive guest experience, and develop a high-impact team. You will hire, coach, and manage a diverse group while aligning store operations with company strategy and community engagement.

Responsibilities include merchandising, product strategy, inventory oversight, budget management, and ensuring a safe, inclusive store culture. Strong leadership and people skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience including recruiting and performance management.
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including retail scheduling and labor hours management.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2 years retail or sales management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership team and establish a vision for the store.
• Hire and develop diverse store staff and address issues.
• Drive guest experience and in-store product education.
• Manage operations, inventory, and merchandising to support strategy.
• Oversee store P&L and annual sales plan.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
