The role focuses on store operations, product strategy, and community engagement, with responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, and driving sales while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and labor management
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store and able to travel to the assigned store

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver world-class guest experience and uphold brand values
• Drive store operations, product strategy, and visual merchandising in line with company directives
• Manage hiring, coaching, and development of team members
• Oversee budget, labor planning, and store P&L in alignment with targets
• Cultivate community relationships and local partnerships to raise brand presence
