GameStop is seeking a Store Manager to lead every facet of store operations in a high-volume U.S. location.

You will influence guest experiences, drive sales, manage payroll, training, and compliance while building a team culture that delivers outstanding service. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, visual standards, omni‑channel orders, and performance metrics across the team, including Sales Associates and Assistant Managers.

Qualifikationen

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service: greet guests and assist with video gaming needs.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, payroll, onboarding, and compliance training.
• Ensure Omni‑Channel orders are fulfilled daily.
• Lead store team to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals; maintain neat, organized store environment.
