Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service across the store: greet guests, answer questions, promote promotions, and thank guests for shopping.
• Support the shopping environment, including visual/operational elements and guest relationships that drive sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases/returns using POS accurately and courteously.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain high-performing associates; ensure onboarding and training.
• Supervise staffing levels, payroll, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team to meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrink goals; communicate with District Manager.
