GameStop is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations, drive guest service excellence, and grow sales across the store. You will supervise a retail team, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure training and compliance across all store activities.

You will promote store initiatives, maintain a clean, organized shopping environment, and foster guest loyalty through exceptional service and knowledge of video games.

Formación

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Promote promotions, advise on products, and drive sales.
• Oversee visual/operational store elements and guest relationships.
• Schedule staff, approve payroll, and manage timekeeping.
• Ensure onboarding, training, policies, and compliance are followed.
