Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community dedicated to your success.

You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• You will participate in and complete an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
